Additionally, the spring 2018  broadcasting advanced reporting and advanced production classes (BRDC 472 and BRDC 462) brought home a win in the Video Public Affairs/Interview Segment or Program category for their project, “Guns: A Lincoln Conversation.” Their project can be viewed at  https://vimeo.com/305129340.

“Zach does consistently great work as evidenced by his many other awards,” broadcasting Professor Laurie Thomas Lee said. “I’m also deeply proud of our broadcast news and production track students working together to produce their award-winning show.  They worked hard at covering and presenting a very important and sensitive subject—the issue of gun violence.”

This year’s awards were presented at the NBS-AERho convention in Philadelphia on March 7-9.
