Learn about the ins and outs of the advertising industry every week with Ad Club! You'll make friends, network with professionals and prepare yourself to land a killer internship or job. Ad Club meets monthly on Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in Andersen Hall, location varies.

Social MediaNebraska Broadcasting Society - Alpha Epsilon Rho
The Nebraska Broadcasting Society (NBS) meets every Wednesday at 5 p.m. in the Meier Studio on the second floor of Andersen Hall. The purpose of this club is to join together people with an interest and curiosity for creating multimedia and broadcasting content. No experience is necessary. Stop by a meeting to learn more anytime this semester!
Public Relations Student Society of America
PRSSA plans and implements public relations campaigns, brings in panels of professionals and connects students with mentors that guide them on their career paths in this exciting field. PRSSA meets on Wednesdays from 6-7 p.m. in Andersen Hall room 336.
Social MediaSociety of Professional Journalists
The Society of Professional Journalists is the nation's most broad-based journalism organization, dedicated to encouraging the free practice of journalism and stimulating high standards of ethical behavior. SPJ meets every other week on Tuesdays from 6:30-7 p.m. in Andersen Hall Room 114.

Spring Game
The Nebraska Football Spring Game is an amazing opportunity for students to live out their dreams of being a sports professional by taking photos on the sidelines, calling play-by-plays and reporting on all the events of the day. Any student regardless of class level can sign up.
Competition Teams
These academic competition teams can be used as a 3-credit hour upperclass course that can attribute to your capstone curriculum prior to graduation.
