Beginning Tuesday, Jan. 20, equipment renewals must be completed through Virtual Renewal Appointments or in person at the Checkout Room.
Students may renew eligible equipment online by scheduling a Virtual Renewal Appointment using the online booking link. After scheduling, students will join the appointment at their selected time to complete the renewal. Students may also renew equipment in person at the Checkout Room during normal business hours.
Students should no longer email the Checkout Room to request a Zoom link. All virtual renewals must be scheduled through the online booking system.
Please note that equipment cannot be renewed virtually if:
- The equipment is late
- The student has an outstanding fine
- There is a waitlist for the equipment
If no virtual appointments are available, or if any of the conditions above apply, students are responsible for returning their in person to the Checkout Room by the listed due date.
