The Nebraska High School Press Association (NHSPA) hosted the 2022 J-Camp Summer Workshop for high school journalism students at Andersen Hall on July 11-13.
Students attended three-days of intensive workshops in journalistic writing, video production, photography, yearbook and newspaper design and editorial leadership with direction from workshop advisers at the NHSPA and UNL College of Journalism and Mass Communications (CoJMC).
J-Camp attendees also got a taste of what it would be like to attend the CoJMC and picture themselves as future journalists. The college is proud to contribute to a summer camp that serves the journalistic needs of Nebraska high school students and advisers.
