  1. Motion to reorganize the BRDC Media Production Focus Areas from eight to three: Video, Audio and Multimedia, came from the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee. The motion was approved with 29 in favor, 0 against and 0 abstained.
  2. Motion to approve a revised syllabus for BRDC 372: Broadcast News Writing for Audio and a new course syllabus for BRDC 374: News Videography came from the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee. The motion was approved with 31 in favor, 0 against and 0 abstained.  
  3. Motion to approve a revised syllabus and cross-list SPMC/JOUR 326: Sports Writing and Reporting came from the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee. The motion was approved with 28 in favor, 0 against and 0 abstained.  
  4. Jenn Sheppard made a motion to suspend the rules to discuss and vote on a motion to update the catalog language related to transfer students. Laurie seconded the motion. The motion to suspend the rules was approved with 30 in favor, 0 against and 0 abstained.  
  5. Adam Wagler made a motion to approve updated catalog rules for transfer students. John Shrader seconded. The motion was approved with 30 in favor, 0 against and 0 abstained.  
  6. Motion to establish JOMC 892: Pop-Up class came from the Graduate Program Committee. The motion was approved with 30 in favor, 0 against and 0 abstained.
