Reginald Lewis is a part-time lecturer in the College of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, bringing extensive expertise in public relations, higher education administration, and strategic communication. He holds a doctorate in higher education administration from Northeastern University, an MBA in marketing from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Paul Quinn College, where he graduated summa cum laude.

In addition to his teaching role, Lewis serves as the district manager of public relations at Tarrant County College. In this capacity, he leads external communication strategies, including media relations, advertising, marketing, and community engagement. He collaborates with institutional leaders to align messaging with strategic goals and has successfully secured high-profile media placements, enhancing the college's visibility and engagement with key audiences.

Previously, Lewis held senior roles at Tarleton State University, where he led university marketing efforts and designed initiatives to increase enrollment at outreach locations. His career includes work as a media relations coordinator for the City of Arlington, where he developed innovative communication strategies and launched an internship program that boosted content production. Known for his ability to navigate complex communication challenges, Lewis is a skilled strategist committed to fostering meaningful connections between institutions and their communities.
