Mia Everding is an accomplished professional with a passion for journalism, a keen eye for detail and a diverse skill set. Currently, Mia serves as a project executive assistant at Isaiah 55 Ministries, where she leads work teams on construction projects, organizes and orders tools and materials and uses her Spanish fluency to communicate effectively with Mexican staff. Her role is a testament to her leadership and organizational abilities as well as her commitment to community service.
Before her current position, Mia was a graduate assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In this role, she graded students' projects, led weekly critique discussions and provided timely feedback, demonstrating her dedication to education and mentorship.
Mia's professional journey began with an internship at Platte Basin Timelapse, where she created newsletters using color theory and graphic design, worked with the Adobe suite to produce time lapses, and conducted research and interviews. This experience honed her technical skills and deepened her understanding of multimedia storytelling.
