Kelley Porter is the manager of customer and corporate communications at Lincoln Electric System (LES), a position she has held since December 2011. In this role, she leads communication efforts to deliver clean, affordable energy with exceptional customer service. Porter is also an adjunct instructor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she teaches Technical Communication I, focusing on communication and document design for engineering, science, and technology students.

Before joining LES, Porter was the director of communications for the Nebraska Hospital Association from May 2008 to November 2011. She also owned Mission Design Group, a consulting and design firm, from October 2005 to December 2010. Additionally, she served as the marketing and development manager for the Nebraska Restaurant Association and worked in governmental affairs at the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. Porter began her career as a marketing coordinator for the United States Dressage Federation.

Porter holds an MBA in leadership from Concordia University, Nebraska, and a bachelor's degree from Doane University. She is a strategic thinker skilled in communications, corporate branding, creative direction, customer relations and social media strategies. Porter is also active in the Lincoln STEM Ecosystem and enjoys tennis, golf, reading and comedy.
