She is the digital director for three Gray Media-owned newsrooms in Nebraska: 10/11 News in Lincoln, KSNB Local4 in Hastings, and KNOP News 2 in North Platte. A Nebraska native with a passion for local journalism, Little has been with Gray Media for 17 years, guiding the stations' digital strategies and ensuring accurate, timely coverage across multiple platforms. In 2016, she became 10/11's first digital director, a role in which she spearheaded the station's digital growth and innovation. Little is also an active member of the 10/11 social committee, where she helps foster a positive workplace culture.
Little earned her bachelor's degree from Hastings College, majoring in broadcast journalism and new media with a minor in advertising and public relations.
In 2020, Little navigated the challenges of wedding planning during a pandemic and married Darrin Little. She and her husband enjoy spoiling their nieces and nephews, as well as running, fishing, and playing pickleball together.
