Nicole is the Assistant to the Dean in the College of Journalism and Mass Communications. She has held many roles in the college since she joined the staff in 2013. She also serves as the advisor to the Student Advisory Board. 

As a native Nebraskan, Nicole loves trivia and fun facts about Nebraska and the Great Plains. Outside work, she spends time with her husband, two kids and three cats, cooking, sewing, painting or kayaking.
