Ashley Eicher is in her second year as a Professional in Residence for Buoy, bringing years of real-world marketing experience to the program.
She currently works at Union Bank & Trust, where she’s dedicated over 17 years of her career and now serves as a Senior Marketing Manager. With more than 12 years of experience in financial marketing, Ashley helps create and improve the bank’s products and promotions to better serve customers.
She’s passionate about finding new ways to meet customers’ needs and helping her team build strong, lasting relationships through marketing.
Ashley earned her degree in Business-Psychology with a focus in Marketing from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Her background gives her a strong understanding of consumer behavior and marketing strategy, which she applies daily in her work.
At Buoy, Ashley uses her career experience to mentor and support students who are interested in marketing, communication, and leadership. Her approachable, down-to-earth style and industry knowledge make her an incredible resource for students hoping to learn more about the world of advertising and public relations.
