By the Numbers: Employee Climate Survey

by Haley Hamel

March 28, 2022

Thank you to everyone who completed the 2022 Employee Climate Survey last week. Out of 127 active employees in the college, 62 completed the survey, for a response rate of 48%. Almost all our employees believe that their work positively impacts the success of our students, faculty and staff and are proud to be associated with our college and the university. This provides a solid foundation to implement efforts to further improve our climate. Check out the results of the survey below. Responses of strongly agree and somewhat agree have been combined into “agree” and strongly disagree and somewhat disagree have been combined into “disagree.”

The strategic planning committee will be examining the results in detail in the coming weeks to make recommendations to further improve our climate.
