A new app is available for faculty and staff to easily access common college business forms including business forms, facilities forms and Kudos.
Faculty and staff can download the app to their phone or desktop and have immediate access to the most used college forms wherever they are. You must use safari on your phone for download.
To download the app, please click here. The program will walk you through adding the app to your home screen (if opened from your phone) or your desktop (if opened from your computer).
The app will allow you to access the forms, save started forms for later completion and view a record of submitted forms.
Additionally, faculty and staff can create a free account to autofill their name and email into forms during completion. To create a free account, please click on the avatar in the upper right-hand corner of the screen after downloading the app.
The app has three pages containing all the forms. To access all pages use the icon in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
