The College of Journalism and Mass Communications won two PRISM awards and two Merit awards from Lincoln’s American Marketing Association (AMA) chapter.
Two PRISM awards and one of the Merit awards were won by students who worked on a bilingual campaign for Fox Deportes to increase awareness of the live broadcast among Hispanic millennials.
To engage with millennials, these students created a tagline “Famila, Football. Fox Deportes.”, and a new app centered around Fantasy Football.

In addition to CoJMC’s winnings, The National Student Advertising Campaign (NSAC) Team brought home two PRISM awards and a merit award.
The NSAC team worked with Wienerschnitzel to develop campaign to elevate the national perception of hot dogs.
