The Nebraska Alumni Association has added three accomplished alumni to its Council of Alumni Ambassadors, including Keri Mesropov, a 1992 broadcasting graduate of the College of Journalism and Mass Communications.

Mesropov is the founder of Spring, a talent development agency that helps organizations optimize the generational diversity of their teams through culture assessments, consulting, one-on-one advisories and skill-building workshops. Her career has spanned leadership in consulting, talent development and the performing arts. Prior to launching Spring, she served as Chief Talent Officer for TRG Arts, one of the world’s most influential consulting firms dedicated to the performing arts, and previously worked as the firm’s Vice President of Client Service.

She has also stayed closely connected to her alma mater. Mesropov was a Professional in Residence for the college’s Experience Lab, mentoring students as they gained hands-on experience in journalism, advertising, public relations and broadcasting. She currently serves on the boards of the Nebraska Women’s Leadership Network and The Dance Archive at the University of Denver. In 2022 she received UNL’s Woman of Courage, Character and Commitment Award from the Women’s Center.

“The College of Journalism and Mass Communications is incredibly proud to see Keri representing our alumni on the Council of Alumni Ambassadors,” said Shari Veil, dean of the college. “Her career is a testament to the strength of a Nebraska degree, and her ongoing support of our students has made a lasting impact on the college.”

The Alumni Ambassadors Council is a 50-member body representing UNL’s nine colleges, class years, communities and professions. Members serve three-year terms, meeting twice annually on campus to provide input, champion alumni interests and strengthen the Nebraska tradition.

Mesropov joins new appointees Steven Meints (1993, 1997), attorney, U.S. Army and Army Reserve JAG Corps, Orlando, Florida, and Benjamin Trampe (2014), agronomy data lead at CSS Farms, Axtell, Nebraska.
