Mike Fritz (‘05) was part of the PBS NewsHour team that won a Peabody Award. Fritz is a producer and video journalist, he covered the Jan. 6 riot outside the Capitol.
Lise Olsen (‘88) received the 2022 Book Award at the Investigative Reporters and Editors national conference.
Alyssa Schukar (‘06) published a story with the New York Times about Elsie Eiler, the only resident in the town of Monowi, NE. Schukar first met Eiler and started the story 17 years ago when she was a CoJMC student.
