John Knicely ('74) will retire from his career as Omaha’s Main News Anchor on March 12. Congrats, John!

Josh Hoyer (’08) and his band "Soul Colossal” won the International Blues Challenge in Memphis which featured performances from more than 200 competition acts from across the U.S. and more than 20 other countries. Congrats, Josh!

Monica Blaser ('15) started a new position as a digital communications specialist at the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Congrats, Monica!

Nathan Hittle ('18) recently accepted a position at Creighton University as Art Director. Congrats, Nathan!

Karter Powell ('18) has been promoted to Publicist at Penguin Young Readers (Penguin Random House). Congrats, Karter!

Lizzie (Boeschen) Vietz (’20) recently joined UNL’s Student Life Marketing & Communications as a Marketing Strategist. Congrats, Lizzie!

Emma Hastings ('21)  accepted a full-time position with the Kansas City Chiefs as their new Media Asset Coordinator. Congrats, Emma!

Kloee (Sander) Placke ('23) will serve as the Publication Editor for Volume 104 of the North Carolina Law Review. Congrats, Kloee!

Joshua Schrader ('23) accepted a new communications strategist role with Citizen Action/Illinois. Congrats, Joshua!

Drew Baldridge ('24) was named to the 2025 Crash the GAC Cohort. Congrats, Drew!

Connor Clark ('24) will be taking on the role of Sports Information Director for Oral Roberts' baseball program on top of his duties as the play-by-play broadcaster. Congrats, Connor!

Charlotte Gottfried ('24) recently began her role at Northwestern Athletics as an Assistant Director of Design and Branding
