WHAT DOES GRADUATING FROM NEBRASKA MEAN TO YOU?
Graduating from Nebraska means a shared achievement for me and my family. Moving by myself from Brazil to the U.S. at 17 years old to start college in a place that I couldn't even point on a map was both the most challenging and rewarding experience of my life.  It changed me and my view of the world -- I'm proud to say I'm a Nebraska graduate.

INVOLVEMENTS:
Co-founder of BRASA (Brazilian Student Association) at Nebraska
Sports Information Director at Nebraska Athletics
International Welcome Team Member at New Student Enrollment
Member of Cultural Ambassadors
Writer at the Daily Nebraskan

PLANS AFTER GRADUATION:
The pandemic hasn't helped much in securing a job, but I'm planning on moving to Michigan where my girlfriend lives.

After graduation, I am most looking forward to continue telling all Americans I meet to visit Brazil -- it's beautiful.

The best thing about being a Husker is the sense of pride you get from being at Nebraska. Go Big Red!

Thanks to my parents, Cesar and Valeria, whom I'm forever grateful for always helping me throughout my time at Nebraska; thanks to all my professors in CoB and the CoJMC; thanks to my friends from all around the world I met here; and thanks to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for giving me the best time of my life.
