WHAT DOES GRADUATING FROM NEBRASKA MEAN TO YOU?
Earning my master's degree from UNL is extremely rewarding. Ten years in the making, this is one of the proudest moments of my life, and I am glad to finally call myself a Husker alumna.

PLANS AFTER GRADUATION:
I will continue to live in Lincoln and serve as a full-time public affairs specialist with the Nebraska National Guard. I also hope to one day soon teach English, Journalism or Communications courses at a local college.

After graduation, I am most looking forward to taking some time reflect on my accomplishments. This will be the first time in my life I am not a student, but I looking forward to continuing to learn and grow in other ways.

The best thing about being a Husker is having that hometown/home state pride, and all the support of fellow Huskers throughout the state (and around the world) beside you. I went of state for my undergraduate education, but now that I have earned my master's degree from UNL, I can proudly say I am a Nebraska Cornhusker! #GBR

I want to give a special thank you to Ms. Carly Morse, who served as my advisor for most of my time at UNL. Ms. Morse went above and beyond her responsibilities as the graduate student services coordinator to help me navigate my education. I never would have completed this degree if it weren't for her encouragement, guidance and support. Thank you so very much for everything!
