Four College of Journalism and Mass Communications students at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln will be recognized as Chancellor’s Scholars during the undergraduate commencement ceremonies May 9 at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
Chancellor’s Scholars are students who have maintained 4.0 grade-point averages on all collegiate work at Nebraska and elsewhere. The following are May 2026 CoJMC Chancellor's Scholars by last name:
- Josie Golka, advertising and public relations major from Omaha
- Kennedy Lawrence, journalism, and advertising and public relations double major from Elkhorn
- Marissa Lindemann, broadcasting major from Nevada, Iowa
- Livia Ziskey, journalism, and advertising and public relations double major from Omaha
