Jamie is a native Nebraskan who grew up in North Platte. He attended the University of Nebraska while working as at the local CBS affiliate, KOLN-KGIN TV in Lincoln. He has worked as a videographer, chief videographer and assignment editor for KOLN-KGIN. After working at KOLN-KGIN, he became the local programming manager for Time Warner Cable’s Sports Channel’s Lincoln office, overseeing production of local lifestyles programming and local sports. After Time Warner Cable, Jamie worked for the City of Lincoln in the Mayor’s office as manager of LNKTV, the City Government, Health and Education Access Channels. Jamie joined the CoJMC in December of 2021.

Away from work, Jamie enjoys bicycling, camping, cooking, and traveling with his family. Jamie and his wife Patti have two adult sons, Nathan and Zach, and two grand doggies, Cleo and Chuck.
