Amy graduated from UNL with a PhD in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience & Behavior. After spending several years teaching at different small liberal arts colleges, she joined the UNL Instructional Design team in the summer of 2019. 

As an Instructional Designer, her role is to help faculty improve the quality of teaching. She is available for individual consultations on any aspect of teaching such as developing assignments or tests, facilitating more effective group work, giving better feedback, or figuring out how to do that one thing in Canvas that never seems to work right.
