Eric Jensen is a professional-in-residence as a part of the Heartland Pulse and the Experience Lab at the College of Journalism and Mass Communications starting in 2025. He has also worked as the head coach for the UNL rowing club from 2021-2024.

A commercial and advertising photographer for three decades, Eric's clients have included Nike, Adidas, A-Dec., Ford and many others. Currently Eric primarily photographs jewelry for GJ Global Inc in Omaha.

Eric has a bachelor's degree in Advertising/Illustrative Photography from Brooks Institute of Photography with Departmental Awards.

A member of the Lincoln community since 2020, Eric is married to Julie Murray-Jensen, a UNL graduate and a leader in the local non-profit community. They have two children.
