Ashley Eicher is a Product Marketing Officer at Union Bank & Trust, where she has dedicated 17 years of her career. With over 12 years of experience in the financial marketing industry, she is driving force behind product and offer innovation for the bank’s retail deposit products and retention programs. Eicher is passionate about developing and implementing strategies that meet the evolving needs of customers. Her tenure at Union Bank & Trust has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the financial landscape and cultivate strong relationships within the organization. 

Eicher holds a degree in Business-Psychology with a specialty in Marketing from Nebraska Wesleyan University. This educational foundation has provided her with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and marketing principles, which she applies in her role. 

Eicher serves on several committees at the bank and is actively involved in the community. She volunteers with the Milford Kiwanis Club and is a past Milford Swimming Pool board member.
