Media & Politics - Election Night at CoJMC
You have been invited to cover the biggest night of the year: Election Night at CoJMC! At this event, high school students will work alongside current CoJMC students, staff and faculty as the largest gathering of journalists in the state of Nebraska for this year's midterm election. Assist behind the scenes as election night unfolds and learn what it takes to cover politics as a media professional across TV, radio, print and social media. Don't miss this opportunity to learn more about media and politics, and to connect with current students faculty and staff!
At this event you will:
- Take a personal tour through Andersen Hall with a CoJMC student ambassador
- Learn about tools and opportunities that can benefit your college experience
- Work with current media students, faculty and professionals covering election night
- Meet and network with CoJMC student ambassadors, faculty, and staff
