I am a Lincoln native and graduated from Lincoln East High School. I have a bachelor’s degree from UNL in Journalism & Mass Communications. I am a member of the Lincoln Chapter of the American Marketing Association. I am passionate about serving the community and am currently involved in a number of things:

• Marketing committee chair for Fresh Start
• Teach Junior Achievement
• Serve as Vice President of the East High School Booster Board
• Serve on the Board of Directors for Eastridge Pool
• Small group leader for confirmation at Sheridan Lutheran Church
• Inspire Advisory Board member
• Member of the Diversity & Inclusion Task force at UBT

I have been married to my husband, Nick, for 18 years and we have two daughters - Avari (17) and Kayla (13), along with three furry family members - Jax, Millie, and Mocha.
