Heath Miller is the Promotions/Graphic Artist for 10/11, Local4 and News 2 television stations with over 26 years of experience in broadcasting. Heath specializes in motion design and making graphics move for television. Before returning to 10/11 in 2021, he was Design Director for Gray Corporation's Graphics Hub. Heath graduated from Peru State College in 1991 with a B.A. in art with emphasis on painting.
