Alan Eno
M.A. Broadcasting
Although Alan Eno grew up and spent the majority of his youth in Minnesota, he was born in Lincoln. Alan lived here for six weeks before his family moved to Seattle, so being back here now after so many years has been sort of a full circle experience. He completed his bachelor's degree in Digital Multimedia at Andrews University in Michigan. Alan chose the broadcasting master's program because he has been working in the multimedia and design side of broadcasting and printing for a while, and he has been thinking about going back for a terminal degree for several years. Alan didn't want to leave the broadcast and design field entirely, and since he enjoyed a chance to do a little teaching during his undergrad, he decided to put the two together and get his masters in broadcasting in order to teach in the multimedia field. It will give him a different angle on what he's been doing since college, while still allowing him to be involved with the design and broadcasting elements he enjoys. Alan's goal for post graduation is to teach in the multimedia field. His hobbies are motorcycles, backpacking, and Settlers of Catan. His favorite quotes are, "Hey, Brian, remember me? I'm the guy you left standing at the counter at McDonald's with a bag full of burgers. You know it's funny, I tried to walk home and, um, a lot of hungry deer walking around at this hour of the night and, um, oh here's where the story gets fun, uh, you may have noticed I'm missing an ear. Managed to, uh, pull it out of the deer's mouth and put it in some ice I got at a 7-Eleven. So when you are ready to apologize, just talk into this cup," by Stewie Griffin, and "If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving is definitely not for you," by an unknown author.
