The College of Journalism and Mass Communications will celebrate the start of another great year with the annual Backyard Barbecue at Andersen Hall on Wednesday, Aug. 31 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. All students, faculty and staff are invited to attend. There will be FREE food, prizes and entertainment provided by D-Wayne Taylor – CoJMC student, entertainer and MC.
The event will start at 4:30 p.m. with a CoJMC Recognized Student Organization (RSO) fair on the first floor of Andersen Hall. The entertainment will begin at 5 p.m. on the West side of the building on the recently opened Centennial Mall. This is an opportunity for students to visit with professors and fellow students, as well as discover what opportunities the CoJMC has to offer.
