Full-time Marketing Coordinator

GTE Industries is searching for a Marketing Coordinator. The candidate should be of a general marketing, communications or advertising background and excited for the opportunity to join a high-growth company. The candidate should be passionate and have a high work ethic—ready to take on daily challenges, yet organized enough to handle large projects from start to finish and flexible enough to identify and finesse solutions and challenges as needed.

GTE Marketing Coordinator Job Duties

General Office Duties as needed

General Marketing:
o General marketing analysis of overall market space and competitors
o Product analysis to aid in the commercialization plans for new product innovation and introduction

Project Management:
o Updating and assembly of all GTE corporate PowerPoint presentations
o Monthly/quarterly writing for the newsletter
o Management and writing of case studies-dropping these in into GTE format and posting on website
o Management of Website content (making updates as noted in website process)
o Management of company wide Intranet (making updates as noted in website process)
o Working with Thought District to manage annual media placement (Thought District to negotiate, set annual media calendar and create advertising campaign and art)
o Ordering promotional items as needed
o Catalog mailings (sending out using the list provided from TD)
o Management and sending of electronic marketing promotion campaign (TD to create campaigns, Coordinator to execute and track for review)

Design:
o Creation of buttons and general graphics for website
o Updating business cards as needed
o Art for promotional items-as needed
o General layout of newsletter
o General photography as needed
