KOLN-TV Web Channel Manager (full-time)

KOLN/KGIN-TV is currently seeking applicants for a Web Channel Manger in our Lincoln Office

Duties include:
The ideal candidate will have the general responsibility for the Web Channel: the overall look and navigation, implementation of new projects, production and graphics design, and assisting staff in building traffic and reaching revenue goals. This individual will be responsible for interacting internally with all departments, and must possess good client service, accurate paperwork, effective organization and multi-tasking skills, and constructive teamwork and attitude. Other responsibilities will include, providing leadership, direction, and incentive in all aspects including Sales and Marketing. Assure legal and copyright compliance with all areas of the Web Channel and manage Web Channel Budget.

Qualifications include:
A college degree or equivalent job experience. Have the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced, changing environment. Be proficient in math, writing, grammar and typing. Have an extensive knowledge of the Internet, and new functionalities as they develop. Have excellent people skills and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Hours:
Work schedule may vary due to production demands, or possible schedule change. Work assignments may include weekend, evening and out of town assignments. Reasonable and regular attendance is required. Must live within 30 minutes of Lincoln.
