KHGI-TV Master Control Operator
Experience:
No previous experience or training is needed, we will train. A previous electronic equipment background or interest would be helpful.
Requirements:
Duties include reading and following program logs, rolling tapes, reading and following timing sheets, switching the master control switcher and logging times of programs and commercials that air, and performing program recordings from satellite. A successful candidate will be able to organize broadcast materials in the proper machines at the proper time, be able to receive verbal and written instructions from other departments and co-workers, and be able to work under pressures of ''live'' station break switching.

Pappas Telecasting of Central Nebraska is currently accepting applilcations for the immediate full-time position of KHGI-TV & KTVG Master Control Operator in Kearney, Nebraska.
Additional Information:
Work hours vary as needed to provide for our 24-hour operation. Work shifts are day (8a-4p), night (4p-12m), and overnight (12m-8a). Pappas Telecasting maintains a drug free workplace and requires pre-employment drug testing. Candidate should have a valid driver''s license with a good driving record.
