Market Manager at 2011 UNL Football Games

Simply Staffing is seeking a professional, energetic, and tech savvy person to serve as a Marketing Representative at University of Nebraska-Lincoln promoting and demonstrating one of America's leading wireless providers. Brand Ambassadors will fulfill all responsibilities:
- Be outgoing!
- Working with other members of the team to build brand awareness and create positive band experience among football fans
- Conducting technical demos and running contests with game attendees
- Reading and utilizing weekly training materials and emails
- Extensive event site setup (must be comfortable lifting upwards of 50 pounds) \
- Must be able to provide own means of transportation to and from events
Market Managers will fulfill ALL weekly responsibilities:
- Managing 3+ people (scheduling, staff performance, staff education)
- Actively participate on weekly calls and webinars
- Weekly administrative work (submitting staff hours, staff updates, recaps and photos)
- Collateral and equipment management (premiums, devices, cameras, etc.)
- Managing inventory, shipments and local event site storage space

Experience and Skills
- Required skills:

- Team oriented
- Preferred skills:
- Marketing or promotions experience or major
- Knowledge on Verizon products
- Emcee/Mic work
- Tech savvy
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

- MANDATORY TRAINING
- Dates: Thursday, September 1 and Friday, September 2
- Times: TBD
- Football event days and times
- All UNL home football games
Must be able to attend mandatory training and at least 90% of games
